| Description | The transparenices document different stages of the film-making: pre-production, production, publicity. They include behind the scenes pictures, prop and costume id shots, poster artwork.
They include shots of different sets, such as the Hilton Spaceship, the Discovery Ship, the french bedroom set, the centrifuge set, the Pod Bay set.
Many pictures of actors posing with their costumes or resting on the set or working with the crew and the director (see the R series). Many pictures of scenes, such as Bowman on the Discovery Ship (see the W series).
Many others are been used as tests to plan the set and the scene.
Most of all are coloured transparencies 5x4", but they include also some transparencies in a film strips format (see the W series).
They include 4 series. The R series, the W series and the E series were already organized as series in the original boxes.
The 5x4" coloured transparencies are collected together in the same box because of their same size. |
