Description	The folder contains correspondence in regards to the planning and development of the Camberwell School of Art's Wilson Road Annexe. Material includes a copy of a license given for a proposed fire escape and a Certificate of Value/Financial Involvement with calculations as to the cost of the annexe. The inner pocket of the folder contains further related documents and plans. Several documents refer to the poor condition and necessary renovation of the schoolkeeper's house on Wilson Road.
