Description	Unsigned draft letter to Fritz Seckel in Berlin, suggesting the creation of a company, 'Seckel and Loening Limited', and how it might work together with Henderson and Spalding. The writer suggests a smaller scale project: the building of a plant adjacent to the existing Henderson and Spalding building and its renting to Secker and Loening for their photogravure equipment and processes with a view to the cooperation and eventual merger of the two companies.
