| Description | Contains a hand bill programme for evening lectures at the London County Council School of Photo-Engraving and Lithography (Bolt Court). The lecture were ticketed but free and open to the public. Lecture subjects covered all parts of the School's syllabus and were given by tutors at the School. Many of the lectures are concerned with the effects of modern techniques on traditional forms of working for example, etching and inks.
