DescriptionFull colour surreal portrait of a man reading a book. There is cross section of his head and inside his head the man's eyeball is sitting on an armchair. There is fast food sliding down the man's throat. A snake is wrapped around his nexk and is whispering in his ear. The picture is signed Charles Burns in pencil. The print is a reworked design for the cover of 'Dope Comix No.5'. It was also used for the French version of 'Heavy Metal' and the American art magazine, 'Juxtapoz Magazine'. In the original magazine design the man is smoking a ciagrette instead of reading a book.
