The file includes a copy of Film Culture (Dec 1957) with a photograph of Kubrick and Douglas in costume on set on the front cover. It also includes stories about actors starring in the film written during the filming such as the Daily telegraph piece (7th May 1957) about Timothy Carey going missing or the New York World Telegram and Sun piece (9th Apr 1957) on Adolphe Menjou's wardrobe being stolen. There are a number of features on Kirk Douglas' oscar hopes.
