| Description | Mary Leuing (1950) is an . Australian cartoonist and illustrator. She is the sister of Austrailian cartoonist Michael Leuing. In keeping with Coleman's interest in female or feminist cartoonists and artists, Leuing's published work often provide commentary on women's internal lives. Working in a colourful picture-book style usually reserved for children's literature, Leuing's illustrations contrast with often more adult themes. Whilst primarily working as a commercial artists, Coleman has collected a thorough bibliography of Leunigs more personal publications. |
