DescriptionFile contains invoices, contracts, receipts for expenses and services, cheques (signed by Toba Kubrick), and budgets relating mainly to 'Flying Priest' [or 'Flying Padre'], with some relating to 'Day of the Fight'. These include: A typed conditions of agreement with Jay Bonafield for 'The Flying Padre", dated 6 October 1950; A handwritten recipt of a 135mm print for 'Day of the Fight' from S. Kubrick, written on 'inter-office correspondence PKO-Pathe' headed paper, dated 6 October 1950; An invoice from Glays and irene Leahey Typing Service for the typing of four copies of the screenplay "Hurrah for the Magicians", dated 9 October 1950; A handwritten recipt of film material for "Day of the Fight" and "Flying Padre" given to a representative of RKO Pathe, dated 21 November 1950; Correspondence and invoices relating the Kubrick's camera equiptment being stolen; An invoice payed to Stanley Kubrick for the purchase of the film "Day of the Fight" for $3000.also included is correspondence between Stanley Kubrick and Rev. Fred Stadtmuller, the flying priest.
