| Description | A black ringbinder with red spine labelled '35 - 90', containing a draft script separated into scenes with brown numbered dividers. Although the binder is labelled Scene 35 (where Wendy is in bed at the hotel, and Jack can be heard typing) to 90 (we see Jack in the photograph from 1919 in the scrapbook), some scenes are missing, and some are not in the correct numbered section. The script has extensive annotation by Stanley Kubrick regarding scene ideas, and also includes some handwritten pages of notes. The pages are dated 30 Jan 1978, 6 Feb 1978, 7 Feb 1978, 9 Feb 1978, 10 Feb 1978, 12 Feb 1978, 13 Feb 1978 and 16 Feb 1978 [although annotation may be later]. |
