| Description | The file contains reports on filming sequences including details of action and dialogue in each scene, dates and times of each scene shooting, slate and scene numbers and camera and stage directions as well as the music played. This allows for continuity editing, or providing a clear and continuous movement of events in a film. Also included in several folders are call sheets, schedules given out periodically during film production to let cast and crew know when they are supposed to arrive and where to report, as well as costume and catering requirements. There are also daily diaries which include details of the filming schedules, the slates and scenes being filmed, the amount of screen time already shot and being shot that day as well as the revised total number of scenes and revised estimated running time of the film. |
