| Description | Four shooting schedules giving information about what scenes were to be shot on what day, which sets were to be used, which actors were required, the pages of the script used, the location for the shoot and whether it was to be day or night. The first schedule is dated 14th March and the second is dated 18th March, they both cover the first 6 days of shooting, 18th March - 23rd March. The third schedule is dated 2nd May and covers the 3rd May to 23rd May. The fourth is undated but covers the dates 24th May - 3rd June [these two seperate sheets may be one schedule however they are both numbered as page 2].
The file also includes one memorandum to Kirk Douglas dated 12th March listing publicity promotion matters which Douglas was required to attend and therefore could not be available for shooting. In the top right hand corner of the memo is a handwritten note 'Copy for Jim Harris'.
