| Description | One 10 page typewriten list of extras needed for filming. The list gives the number of extras required for each scene and information about the types of characters they are to play such as their military rank. The list is arranged by the place of the shooting, then the set or specific location to be used then the scenes to be shot. In the top right hand corner of the first page is a handwritten note 'Mr Harris'.
There is also a memorandum from Aufnahmeleitung [Production Management Unit] to [the Producer James B.] Harris, [Production Manager America, John] Pommer, [Production Manager Germany George] V[on] Block, [Art Director, Ludwig] Reiber, [Costume Designer, Ilse] Dubois, Kamera and Requisition. The memo is dated 11th March 1957 and lists 5 extra scenes by location of shoot and lists the characters and extras required for the scenes. The memo is signed by [Helmut] Ringleman [Unit Manager].
