DescriptionOne packet of 10"x8" still photographs taken during the making of the film. They mainly consist of behind the scenes shots showing cast and/or crew working. MAny of the photographs feature Stanley Kubrick or Kirk Douglas. There are also some action shots from the film. Most of the images are copies from the publicity stills in the PG_MS 1-118 sequence however there is one still of Kirk Douglas on the scouting patrol which does not feature elsewhere in the Paths of Glory photographic collection.
There are also three larger format (16"x12") behind the scenes photographs 2 copies of one show Kubrick and his film crew on the back of a truck filming the firing squad marching. The third features Kubrick and the film crew setting up a dolly to film the trench sequence.
