Description	The file contains promotional posters, all signed by Eckersley. See TE/1/1 for other HM Stationery Office posters. The Post Office Savings Bank was established by the government in 1861. It became the National Savings Bank on 1st Oct 1969, when the Post Office became a Corporation and the Savings Bank functions remained as part of the Exchequer.
