Title'Prop orders and miscellaneous orders'
DescriptionThe contents of the file were in a ring binder with the above title. Props and other orders were separated into two sections and then arranged alphabetically by supplier name with dividers. This order has been maintained. The prop orders/invoices cover items from furniture to lipstick cases from Max Factor. Under K-L in the props section is a letter from Clifton Brandon [Production Manager] relating to the cancellation of a set that was to involve an Eccles Engineering electric car and flat platform truck, 26 Mar 1963, and an invoice for props supplied by Ken Adam, 24 May 1963 [see A divider]. Many of the prop orders have corresponding return notes recording when the items were returned to their supplier. Orders other than props include reprints of film footage and trailers, stationery and costumes orders/invoices. There are also a number of letters relating to costs between Columbia, Polaris and Shepperton studios.
