Zoe writes of her foundation course as a waste of her time, and as having limited options, and how she chose Graphic Design, despite not wanting to and not knowing much about it. She also writes about making a new friend that helped her through the undergraduate degree course, and how she could not make good grades even though she progressively put more effort in to her studies. She writes of her attempt to work hard during the summer for the final year, and how she ended up achieving her goal of a 2:1 grade.
