Note from Anupa Sahdev, sent April, 2026: “My art mentor for many years Tom Davies (May 4th 1942-December 4th 2025) sadly passed away [in December 2025]. We have many fond memories visiting art exhibitions and talking about art together. Tom's sister recognised this black and white painting as a rendition he made of Tintoretto's work in the National Gallery.”
