Some descriptions in this file are informed by the information in the 18th edition of the 'Rules and Roll of Members of the Double Crown Club', printed privately by Bernard Roberts at the John Roberts Press, London in 1969. This book includes a section entitled 'Pleasing Windfalls', which lists printed materials given to the club for distribution to its members. Except where indicated, all items in this file are included in this list.</dc:description>
