The speaker, on German Book Printing since 1900, was guest Carl Ernst Poeschel. The menu was designed by John Carter using an eagle illustration by Berthold L Wolpe, and printed at the Fanfare Press. It is printed on four sides, with text in ER Weiss' Fraktur type.</dc:description>
