<dc:description>The documents in this file are primarily from 1997 and 1998 but there are some seemingly misplaced items from 1996 such as minutes from a London Musicians' Collective (LMC) Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the Institute of Contemporary Arts.

This file contains correspondence between the London Musicians Collective and various funding bodies - Foundation for sport and the arts, The Goethe Institut, University of Westminster, The Hinrichsen Foundation, BBC Radio Finance, London Arts Board, the Performing Right Society Limited, The Arts Council of England, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, The Cooperative Bank - concerning financial activities such as payment of fees and/or funding.

There are also numerous remittance advice slips addressed to the London Musicians' Collective from musical venues such as the Royal Festival Hall and the Institute of Contemporary Arts regarding payments from ticket sales.

Correspondence regarding the rental of the LMC's office space from Workspace London is also present.

The last half of documents in this file are on one hand, meticulously filed invoices from 1998 from different services the LMC regularly relied on to carry out their daily activities: travel agents, couriers, printers, piano hire, electricity bills and sound engineering services and on the other hand minutes of LMC Director's Meetings from April, May, September, October, November, December 1997 and January, February, March 1998.

There are also contracts of employment from the Tenth Annual Festival of Experimental Music (June 2001). </dc:description>
