- 'Housing, funding, information':
This sub-section contains documents from the Jazz Centre Society, correspondence between the London Musicians Collective (LMC) and 'AIR' (Art information registry) and  information from 'The Acme Housing Association'.

-'Book/record/fair correspondence':
Correspondence between the LMC and interested parties about their participation in the 'Book/Magazine/Record Fair'.

-'Reference documents etc (SB DT etc) [The initials stand for Steve Beresford and David Toop].':
Correspondence between the LMC and the Arts Council of Great Britain, draft rules from the LMC from 28 October, 1976, texts by David Toop and  Steve Beresford.

-'Recent information':
Assortment of documents such as gig posters, newspaper clippings, correspondence, information about events related to the LMC, meeting minutes, and newsletters.

-'Artwork etc.'
 Newspaper clippings, programme notes for events, and correspondence between the LMC and musicians.

-'General info/ press cuttings etc.':
Documents relative to the LMC and press clippings about the LMC and LMC events from external news sources. Documents of interest include a 1976 constitution for the London Film Makers Coop and a newspaper article by Eugene Chadbourne entitled 'How can you play in two places at once when you're not anywhere at all'.

-'General info etc.':
Contains two pieces of paper with handwritten notes.

-'Work &amp; notes, members reports, etc.':
Meeting minutes, correspondence between the LMC and members, texts for newsletters and general documents about the objectives and aims of the LMC. List of signatures attendees at an LMC meeting on 14 November.

-'Bits of old newsletters, addressees, etc.':
LMC mailing lists from 1976 and 1977, subscription form for 'Readings' magazine, 'Blank Tapes' catalogue, LMC newsletters from 1976 and 1977. </dc:description>
