Also includes: newspaper cuttings entitled 'Nautical school finds a home after 54 years' and cuttings regarding the recruitment and appointment of principal and vice-principal for the college, after Ellis Thirkettle's retirement; leaflet entitled 'Typefaces' available for hand and mechanical composition students; leaflets printed by the College containing typefaces and monotype founts; a photograph from a magazine [not identified] showing a paper-making machine of Thomas Chalmers and Sons Ltd and a report by John Kerby from the Composing Department, of the period spent at International Computers and Tabulators Limited.
