Annotated script - Final version The 'final' screenplay is dated and copyrighted 15 May 1970, although changes were made as can be seen by annotations and the final cut of the film. This copy has a large number of handwritten annotations and direction/production notes in Kubrick's hand for example, on page 14 there are production unit notes.
