The file contains: a letter regarding the use of an operating theatre in Guy's Hospital, London, 20 Aug 1970 from Frank Ellis [Consultant, Guy's Hospital] to Kubrick; and photographs of external locations, including fields and Dashwood Mausoleum, West Wycombe Hills, Buckinghamshire. One is marked to show how the central grave could be altered.
