They detail: location; days filming; date; script scenes; time filming; scene numbers; action, props and effects; slate numbers; stills; artists on location/set; footage for example, amount of exposed film; stock status; catering; equipment; facilities; night security; notes; sickness note; electrical; and stills mans name. Please note that not all fields are completed on each sheet. All signed by Bernard Williams [Production Manager]. Notes include information such as Malcolm McDowell being accommodated at Saxon Inn, Harlow when filming the hospital scenes [report 37], weather forecasts [sheet 91], the presence of thirty cats and a handler from Pussies Galore and a vet on location [sheet 69], re-writing of "Home" scenes [sheet 49], schedule status [sheet 37], dropping of the court scene [sheet 31].
