The first page starts at the Barber Shop in Parris Island, 1967.Pages 1 - 55 are on white paper with the American formatted date or 'S' in the bottom right hand corner of the page. Following page 55 is 55a which is a yellow sheet of paper with one line typed on it: 'SCENES 34 AND 35 DELETED'. Pages 55a to 161 are printed on yellow paper and only have dates in the bottom right hand corner, these dates fall between 21 January and 30 November 1985.
