Head and knife The file contains a wax decapitated head and Ontario Knife. The knife was to be used by Adam Baldwin [Animal Mother] to behead Ngoc Le [Vietcong sniper], the scene was replaced in the final cut. The head is fully painted, including eyes, with a wig and on the severed neck portion fake arteries etc are visible. See also, SK/16/6/9/5 for mention of the scene in features.
