  <dc:title>Advertising research</dc:title>
<dc:description>The file includes typescript reviews, some with handwritten notes in Kubrick's hand, for the purpose of finding quotes to use in publicity materials and a letter and note from Kay Proctor, Sam X Abarbanel Enterprises, California, 29 Oct, 1956 giving Harris-Kubrick permission to use quotes from her advertisements. The note states that she thinks 'rates an Oscar' is a worn out phrase and suggests 'Tailored for an Oscar' or 'Of Oscar calibre'. There are also some notes by Kubrick entitled 'type of ADS'. </dc:description>
