Cinematheque Francaise Musee du Cinema Contains three programmes for the Cinematheque Francaise Musee du Cinema, when it was located at Avenue de Messine, Paris, after the Second World War. The first programme for Nov 1948 - Jul 1949 includes three themes: 'The Birth of Cinema', 'Georges Melies', and 'a Hundred Masterpieces of Cinema, 1895-1934', and the second programme is a typed 8-page booklet of '250 Films D'Essai et D'Avant-Garde', for Jul-Sep 1949, and the third is for 'The Birth of Cinema' and 'Fifty Years of Cinema 1892-1942', for Oct 1949 - Jul 1950. There are also four programmes for 1956, when the Cinematheque was located at Rue D'Ulm: 'Hommage a Georges Melies'; 'Images du Cinema Allemand'; 'Image du Cinema Scandinave: Danemark - Suede'; and, 'Images du Cinema Anglais'. 1948-1956
