The poster has a series of four large questions marks each superimposed on the other, in cream, black, yellow and black (the front one has a yellow line where the one behinds outline would be). Each has an eye and a cutting that appears like a nose and mouth. 

The cover of the guide is featured in red to the right of the question marks. The poster advertises the price as 2 shillings. It is signed by Eckersley in the top right hand of the poster. 

Measures 73.5cm by 92cm . </dc:description>
