  <dc:description>The menu is a single fold card, with the dinner menu inside.The dinner was held at John Barker &amp; Co Ltd, Kensington High Street. The card is shaped as a head in profile, featuring a design of a Native American wearing a feathered headdress.  The verso and recto feature the same image. 

There is also a copy of the menu which has been unfolded, flattened and stuck to a piece of card so that only the outer design is visible. </dc:description>
