The Director magazine cover The cover features a blue, brown and black train crossing a brown viaduct, the base of which is overlaid with strips of greens [these appear torn and stuck on as in a collage] for foliage. The sky is in the same technique as the foliage but in shades of lilac with a pink sun. Between the foliage and sky is a strip of white. The magazine was the journal of the Institute of Directors.
