There is a letter to Dickinson from Julien Bryan asking whether London Television would pay him for interviews or for using his films, a letter of recommendation by Dickinson for Hans Werner Bachmann [Gideon Bachmann], along with Bachmann's Fulbright application statement, and letters about the IFFS [International Federation of Film Societies] and the AFFS [American Federation of Film Societies], with an outline written for a joint referendum for the 1957 IFFS constituent meeting written by the AFFS and the CFFS [Canadian Federation of Film Societies].
It includes meeting notes and outlines; invitations; two copies of the Cheltenham Film Society News Bulletin; an announcement for the Julien Bryan Lectures; speech 'UNESCO, CIDALC, IIFA, and FIFA - And What They Are Intended to Accomplish' by Francis Bolan; press cuttings relating to 'Blue Vanguard'; press releases for Japanese Film Week, and for the Film Producers Association, regarding the formation of an Eastern Film Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences; programmes for various events, including that for the United Nations Day, the United Nations Human Rights Day, United Nations courses, British Information Services screenings on Malaya, and the Educational Film Library Association 14th Annual Conference, of which Dickinson was keynote speaker. It also contains papers written in French and English, relating to the 'VIe Colloque International sur le Film Ethnographyre' [Sixth International Symposium on Ethnographic Films].
