Front features a black, pink and white cartoon of woman hiding behind bubble shaped object saying 'I was going to entertain you on your Birthday with a sexy bubble dance'. The interior says 'but my mother said "no soap!". Beneath this phrase it says 'Happy Birthday' in trademark Crumb scrawling hand-writing.
