Title	Research images - 'FMJ research images'
Description	The files contain photographs of photographs/illustrations and magazine pages showing American Marines and including: Marines in action in Vietnam; equipment; clothing; and social activities. Some are annotated for example, 'note; some troops ahead of tanks' or 'carrying on a door' [instead of a stretcher]. Most of the annotations are in Kubrick's hand. There are also some contact sheets of the Marine Core which appear to be live action. Black and white and colour. In addition is a second file mainly contains images of Vietnam and its people for example, showing details such as gates into towns and paddy fields. Black and white and colour.
