In addition to the strips, the book also contains an afterword by Deitch on the influences of the series. As well as text, the afterword also contains photographs and illustrations. The book has a landscape format and is printed in black and white with exception to the front cover which is printed in colour. The back cover also contains a photograph of Deitch.
