His series was published each Sunday in The New York Herald, and functions as six panel strips which can be read bothrightside-up and upside-down - each orientation contains half of a narrative. This edition is composed of four stories: The Mermaid and The Floating Mind, The Bad Boy and the Stone, At the House of the Writing Pig, and The Goose that Laid a Golden Egg.
