3. 4 notebooks recording which scenes, slates, key numbers, and other technical information are on which reel or lab roll, for editing purposes. Covers are marked 'Film', 'Second unit', or 'Titles + Trailers'.
4. Three notebooks marked 'Shining SK Editing Notes'. Handwritten notes in a number of hands. Pages are numbered with a slate number, or occasionally dated. Pages contain technical records of filming, notes on the quality of takes, content of scenes, and other information, but also notes whose purpose seems unrelated to filming, for instance lists of names of actors and other famous people.
5. File containing handwritten editing notes and annotated reel sheets with editing notes, seperated by paper dividers. Original casing retained. |
