DescriptionLarge placemat made of thin and thick cane, blue/grey yarn and woven together with sage green cotton yarn in thin stripes. Attached is a historic label from Camberwell and a small label attached by the artist. The label has 'Table Mat. 10" x 14 1/2" CANTON/Grey Cotton and Cane' written on the front and 'Barbara Sawyer. Flat One 35, Southend Rd Beckenham Kent Made in 1977.' written on the back in the artist's handwriting.
