Note from creator and former student: "...my name back then was Virginia F. Titchen; I graduated in 1970; the works on display were all oil on canvas.
I was working through the death of my mother at the time, so was heavily into nostalgia and thinking about the past, and ruminating on the effect of old photos (not that I was skilled enough at the time to make that significant)." |
