Description | Transparencies for an exhibition that appears to be titled, 'Confronting the Crisis'.
The exhibition appears to be about confronting changes to education and addressing issues of Racism and the Environment.
The opening panel mentions that the material is drawn from the Community Division of the Centre for Urban Educational Studies, ILEA, 1977-1979.
This material was originally found in the same folder as CPG/2/6, '100 Years of Homeworking'.
[Subsequent dialogue with Cockpit organisers has told us that these panels were part of a two-part exhibiton, the first titled 'Confronting the Crisis' the second titled 'Approaches to Urban Education'. Both were held at ILEA's Centre for Urban Educational Studies, from 22 Oct-22 Nov 1979. It was organised by Bob Catterall who was Warden of the Centre.]
