| Dates and Places | 1900 Bolt Court Technical School falls under London County Council jurisdiction and is renamed London County Council School of Photo-Engraving and Lithography (Bolt Court) 1900-1949 the school continues to be held at 6 Bolt Court, London which had been Bolt Court Technical School's premises 1911-1912 the school is renovated with changes to its classrooms and layout to better meet the needs of its students and so it can house more equipment for staff and students to use 1922-1949 some students would attend classes at St Bride Foundation Printing School and its successor the London School of Printing and Kindred Trades (St Brides) due to their shared interests and complementary curriculums 1944 the Education Act reforms schooling in Britain, stating that smaller technical schools should be merged. This receives mixed results from staff, students and alumni 1949 the school is merged with the London School of Printing and Kindred Trades (St Brides) to form the London School of Printing and Graphic Arts |
