Dates and Places	1944 Education Act reformed schools in Britain and under the act smaller technical schools would be merged. The act directly led to the formation of the school 1949 Formed after the merger of St Brides Foundation Printing School, London County Council School of Photo-Engraving and Lithography (Bolt Court) and the London School of Printing and Kindred Trades. This made the school no longer under London County Council's direct jurisdiction 1953 Relocated its Bolt Court teaching to the Old Daily Mirror building at Back Hill, Clerkenwell 1962 Relocates to its new custom built Elephant and Castle site. The building was officially opened in 1964
