Title'Portraits Colour'
DescriptionThis series contains an A3 leather bound book which presents a selection of roughly 4x5inch prints (both in colour and black and white) from across Dick’s career. The front cover is adorned with Dick’s personalised stamp, featuring his name, telephone number and address.

Also enclosed is a number of colour and black and white photographic prints, negatives, slides and contact sheets, depicting a range of individuals. Named individuals and groups include: ‘Paul Abbott’, ‘D. Bull’, ‘B. Bainbridge’, ‘Spencer Charles’, ‘Ingeborg’, ‘Phil Kerr’, ‘Alan Smith’, ‘Lee Hall’, ‘Ian Richardson’, ‘Dorfman’, ‘Laura Currings’, ‘Ed Thomas’, ‘Rush’ (presumed Geoffrey Rush), ‘Michael Eaton Jone’, ‘M. Bannister’, ‘Music College’, ‘A. Ackbourne’, ‘Jason Brookes’, ‘Marvin Hamlish’ (Marvin Hamlisch), ‘Rolf Harris’, ‘Fast Show’.

The series also contains the only Polaroid picture in the Dick Scott-Stewart collection, which is a black and white portrait.

The series also contains a promotional image for Brinsworth House, which features ‘King Rat Harry Seltzer’. More material relating to Brinsworth House can be found in ‘Washington Civil War Society Brinsworth House’ (DSS/1/14).

The portfolio also contains an A4 envelope labelled ‘National Gallery’, which contains negatives and clippings. Additionally, a folder labelled ‘Homelife' houses black and white contact sheets and portraits.
