Title	Music Printing Article
Description	One letter, and one extract from a different letter, sent from Dr HC Colles, editor of Grove's Dictionary of Music and Musicians, to Hubert Foss at the Oxford University Press. In the letter, dated 13 September, Colles is requesting an article about the printing of music for his supplement to Grove, to be written either by Foss himself or by another Oxford Uuniversity Press employee recommended by Foss. In the extract, which comes from a letter written in response to Foss' reply of 19 September, Colles provides further details about the article required. The extract includes handwritten notes by Foss about sources to consult for the article.
