| Description | Emma Hedditch presents an interesting take on Performance Art, drawing together a multitude of media and culminating in a series of get-togethers that took place around the Archive (HN/2/1/1) called "We're Alive, Let's Meet!". The Archive came to life through these happenings, creating environments for participation and inclusivity, and in the tradition of Live Art, remain ephemeral, what remains are mostly images and ideas. Participants of the get-togethers explored the relation between historical acts, ways of forming collaborations, and ways in which this information transforms and inspires us into acting, making performances, making and recording sound. The participants explored concepts of archive creation, audio letters, zine writing and film screenings and on the meeting of the 26th of November participants improvised Pauline Oliveros' "We Could". |
