Lists how to create different effects for the models, red underlining indicates the effect achieved. The abbreviation G/O stands for Going Off. These were all found through experimentation.

Transparencies: 'Great Wall' model, 2 sketches of ice landscapes, 1 unknown model, and 1 of a Chesley Bonestell image from a book about the moon. These loose transparancies have been packaged separately, but kept alongside the notebook. The pages they were originally affixed to have been marked.
The back of the notebook contains notes taken [in discussion with Roger Dicken (Special Effects)] on how to do special effects in a [16mm] camera, whilst working on 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Other personal sketches unrelated to the film are included.
