Formed in 1981, the Association was the successor to the Smithfield College Old Boys Association, and aimed to help past students connect, upkeep connections between past students and the food trade market. The Association was governed by a board including FJ Mallion, President of the Association and Nigel R Collier, General Secretary. Most of this folder appears to have belonged to the Association's Publicity Officer and Clerk, Christine Avann.
