Individual or organisational biography | In 1949 "Bolt Court" and the London School of Printing merged to create the London School of Printing and Graphic Arts. The London School of Printing and Graphic Arts is the most visible beginning of the London College of Communication as it is known today as the two separate founding schools; St Bride's and Bolt Court eventually meet in 1949, after this point administrative changes are mostly name changes or merging of departments and colleges into the establishment.
