Box contains a list of famous people from the Southwark area and material relating to the history of Clerkenwell, home to the former Back Hill site. The media school moved from the Back Hill site to Elephant and Castle in 2003.
Also includes copies of a pamphlet created to celebrate the history of Elephant & Castle entitled "A pictorial history of the Elephant & Castle 1641-1961" which contains a written brief history and many images such as drawings, maps and old and recent photographs of the area. |
